Shipping Costs

Getting orders to our customers fast is a top priority. Your order for in-stock items are shipped by the next business day, upon receipt and verification of payment. We use USPS Priority Service and each package is insured and tracked.

Orders of $1.00-$99.00, sh is $5.00
Orders of $100 to $200, s/h is $7.00
Orders of $200 to $300, s/h is $9.00
Orders of $300 or more, s/h is $12.00

Once we deliver your shipment to USPS, it is their responsibility to deliver it to you. Many shipments require a signature, and if you are not home when the mail carrier attempts to deliver, the carrier will leave notice that you must go to your post office to get the package since you must sign for it. An email will be sent to you once your order is processed, giving you the USPS tracking number. At this time, Crystal Elegance by Renee only ships to a United States address, and the address must match the one listed with the credit card, if one is used for payment. If you require a shipping method other than USPS, please include your request in the "Special Instructions" section of the order form and we will try to accommodate your request.
