Each piece receives a final quality inspection and we make every effort to ensure that all materials are durable and strong. With careful handling and cleaning procedures (see "Care and Cleaning"), our artist-made jewelry is designed to last!!! We unconditionally guarantee your satisfaction. All unworn products except for custom orders may be returned for any reason within 15 days of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please note that custom jewelry are those pieces made to a customer's specifications and request. In the event that your order has been lost or damaged in transit, please immediately notify the shipper. We also unconditionally guarantee our workmanship. If any of our jewelry breaks under reasonable normal use, ship it back to us (you must insure it) and we will repair it free of charge. This guarantee does not cover damage resulting from dropping and/or breakage of the crystal beads.
